OUR SERVICES

All service appointments are pre-paid.  To ensure fairness to every member in the Neighborhood, any unpaid appointments will be cancelled by close of business.  

If you need to reschedule your appointment, then you will receive full credit which will be applied to your new appointment.  If you decide to order additional services before your appointment, then you will receive a payment link to cover the difference.  Please contact Concierge to reschedule your appointment or conveniently schedule online.

All products and apparel are pre-paid. 

Each individual item is custom made and packaged for each customer.  To eliminate waste, promote sustainable practices, we do not encourage returns or exchanges.  For additional questions or concerns contact
