Service Duration

Please plan for at least the minimum times stated below, or in some cases depending on the condition of your vehicle, set aside additional time after the allotted time given.  If this is your first time completing service at Thank You Details, then your service time will exceed the minimum timeframes provided below. A member from Concierge will keep you updated along the way via text, phone and/or email.

All Maintenance Details are a minimum of 2 hours.

All Minor Details are a minimum of 3 hours.  

All Major Details are a minimum of 4 hours.  

All Rejuvenation details are a minimum of 6 hours. 

All Ceramic Coatings are a minimum of 2 days and service times are 7-10 hours each day.  Times may be and may be longer due to the level of paint correction needed before ceramic application. The follow up first wash is an additional 2 hours. 

All Total Ceramic Packages are a minimum of 7 days.

Detailing time may be extended due to the condition of your vehicle. You will be notified during check-in for longer wait time.  

On rare occasions, the need for more time due to the condition of your vehicle may not be evident until after your detailer(s) begins service due to hidden areas, the overall nature of the stains, and troublesome spots. 

If you need to pick up your vehicle earlier than the allotted completion time, then Concierge can assist you with scheduling an additional service date and time at no extra charge to complete your service.
